Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the seamless integration of new clients into the organisation while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of client relationships.

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

• Completion of customer onboarding packs.
• Checking of clients' FICA documents.
• Liaise with sales and support teams about clients' compliance status.
• Assist with support related to banking and other compliance-related queries.

Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in PDF editors.
• Ability to work independently.
• Time management.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements :

• Customer service / support experience would be advantageous.
• Experience in administration.
• Tertiary education is advantageous but not critical.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation is beneficial.
