We're seeking an experiencedSales Manager to lead a team of four sales professionals. The role is based at our Maitland factory and involves frequent national travel across South Africa.

Duties
  • Drive new sales & marketing opportunities
  • Manage & grow customer relationships nationwide
  • Lead, mentor & develop your sales team
  • Ensure targets are consistently met
  • Oversee reporting, forecasting & team performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales leadership
  • Strong client relationship skills
