In this role, as an Electronics Design Engineer, you will provide guidance and assistance to the work group to meet objectives. You will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to moderately complex issues, and resolve problems through immediate or short-term actions.

As an Electronics Design Engineer – IET, your responsibilities include:

1. Working primarily in electrical engineering for product development, design, sustaining, or R&D.
2. Managing projects of moderate complexity impacting product cost, performance, and manufacturing methods/standardization.
3. Planning and conducting research, design, and development of engineering assignments, ensuring proper documentation of technical data according to policies and procedures.
4. Selecting engineering techniques to solve problems and making sound design recommendations.
5. Interfacing with other engineering groups, support organizations, and vendors for integration and support.
6. Handling special projects as assigned and providing work guidance to less experienced engineers and technicians.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have at least 4 years of experience in Electronics Design.
• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Have experience in electronic product design and lifecycle management.
• Have experience with electronic circuit board design and layout.
• Be capable of concise, effective communication in technical and non-technical environments.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in teams, across functions, with customers and suppliers.
