Duties

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all warehouse functions from receiving and storing goods to dispatching finished products. You’ll ensure that inventory levels are accurately maintained, processes run smoothly, and all operations adhere to strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular stock counts
  • Oversee loading and offloading activities, ensuring accuracy and safety
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency
  • Manage and mentor warehouse assistants, promoting accountability and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and health and safety regulations
  • Maintain proper documentation of all warehouse transactions and activities
  • Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment
  • Assist with investigations into inventory variances and prepare detailed reports
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
