The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Finance or Accounting and have over 5 years of financial management experience in the agricultural sector. - Full Financial management and control function
- Review and amendment of annual operational and financial budgets
- Consolidation of group accounts
- Preparation, analysis and review of management accounts
- Cash flow planning and management
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of internal controls
- Manage financial and management reporting process
- Preparation and compilation of quarterly board packs
- Group consolidated annual financial statement preparation and manage annual financial audit
- Preparation and maintenance of capital development budget for existing operations and any new developments
- Setup, implementation, training and management of overall financial control framework, accounting and financial systems and processes
