Job summary
A leading legal firm in Cape Town is seeking a qualified South African Attorney and Conveyancer. The ideal candidate will manage conveyancing transactions, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with legal standards. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proficiency in property law. This role offers a negotiable salary based on experience and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in conveyancing.
- Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow client relationships for firm growth.
- Manage full spectrum of conveyancing transactions.
- Draft, review, and process all conveyancing documentation.
