A banking services company is seeking a detail-oriented Foreclosure Administrator in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will manage high-pressure workloads, ensuring compliance with strict bank requirements. Responsibilities include resolving banking queries, overseeing the team, and preparing reports. The role demands discipline, strong communication skills, and previous experience in a foreclosure department. Salary ranges from R12 000 to R18 000 CTC per month, offering a stable and challenging work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a foreclosure department or legal foreclosure environment is essential.
- Proficient in CACS, LegalSuite, Caselines, and CourtOnline systems.
- Strong ability to work under strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Attend to and resolve all banking queries on the Standard Bank system.
- Ensure strict adherence to all bank timelines and procedural requirements.
- Follow up with the Foreclosure team to ensure compliance with bank standards.
- Engage with all stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and bank representatives.
- Oversee team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Manage and update all Standard Bank foreclosure matters.
- Prepare reports for Directors and Standard Bank.

We are seeking a strict, highly driven, and detail-oriented Foreclosure Administrator to join our team in Lynnwood. The ideal candidate is disciplined, assertive, and able to manage high-pressure workloads while ensuring full compliance with strict bank requirements and timelines. This role requires someone who takes ownership, maintains firm control over processes, and consistently drives the foreclosure team toward meeting performance standards set by Standard Bank.
- Attend to and resolve all banking queries on the Standard Bank system.
- Ensure strict adherence to all bank timelines and procedural requirements.
- Follow up with the full Foreclosure team to ensure compliance with bank standards.
- Engage professionally with all stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and bank representatives.
- Oversee and guide team members to maintain workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage, track, and update all Standard Bank foreclosure matters within the required systems.
- Prepare and submit reports to Directors and Standard Bank as required.
- Previous experience working in a foreclosure department or legal foreclosure environment is essential.
