Job summary
A recruitment specialist firm in Gauteng is seeking an HR Generalist to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. Responsibilities include managing HR processes, coordinating recruitment, and handling payroll. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, proven HR experience, and strong knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation. Experience with HRIS such as PaySpace and SuccessFactors is essential. Salary package of R45000 CTC.

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Minimum of 3 years discipline specific experience.
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation and disciplinary procedures.

- Manage and support all HR-related processes, including maintaining employee records.

As HR Generalist you’ll be reporting into the HR Manager & will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

- Ensure compliance with company policies & legal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree / equivalent NQF 6 / 7 level in human resource management or related field.
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ discipline specific experience.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, labour legislation, & disciplinary procedures.
- Experience using HR Information Systems, particularly PaySpace and SuccessFactors - essential.
- Strong ER / IR Knowledge.
- Contact Centre experience a huge advantage.
Salary Package : R45000 CTC
