Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be actively involved across the entire product development lifecycle, focusing on "shifting left" practices. This includes requirements elicitation, documentation, modelling, design, testing, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platforms. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Manager, and senior engineers to ensure excellent system functionality and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology
- OR a relevant Business Analyst qualification
- OR 6+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated capability in required skills
Mandatory Experience & Skills
- Experience working in a Travel Management Company (B2B or B2C)
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- Visual modelling (state transitions, workflows, etc.)
- Information Architecture
- Writing test scenarios and user acceptance criteria
- Strong troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
- Business rules and decision logic tables
- Creating MVPs, MSSs, alternate scenarios
- Workflow/path flow diagrams
- Ability to produce feature explanation videos
Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned projects independently or as part of a team
- Produce Business Requirements & Functional Specifications
- Create Interface Specs (e.g., API, webhooks)
- Document Business Rules and maintain rule repositories
- Participate in UAT & operational testing
- Use visual modelling tools for process and feature modelling
- Assist in feature rollouts and user interaction design
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Familiarity with risk-mitigation strategies: phased rollouts, A/B testing, feature toggles
- Exposure to DevOps, Kanban boards, or visual management systems
- Understanding of Agile values and principles
