Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a TEMP Bookkeeper for a six-week assignment. The role involves managing the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance, processing financial transactions, and generating reports. Candidates must have a minimum of ten years’ experience in bookkeeping, proficiency in SAGE Intacct, and the ability to start immediately. Excellent candidates will possess advanced Excel skills and a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in bookkeeping, including trial balance preparation.
  • Proven and recent experience with SAGE Intacct (non-negotiable).
  • Sound knowledge of cashbook management and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Process all daily, weekly, and monthly transactions in SAGE Intacct.
  • Perform full cash book allocations and reconciliations.
  • Generate reports and provide financial data for management.
