We are expanding our team and seeking highly motivated Senior Sales Executives to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's continued success.

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing major clients, conducting site assessments, preparing quotations, and representing Sicon Group at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and actively grow the company's sales pipeline.
  • Conduct site inspections, assessments, and gather technical information for quotations.
  • Prepare and present detailed roofing, waterproofing, and performance coating quotations, including problem-finding reports and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and facility managers.
  • Manage strategic accounts and provide professional after-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Work closely with the operations, QS, and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Represent Sicon Group professionally at meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence to management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience (roofing, waterproofing, coatings, or related sectors).
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial and commercial roofing systems.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to read drawings, BOQs, site reports, and interpret scopes of work.
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CRM, etc.).
  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Preferred (Advantageous)
  • Experience working with property funds, asset managers, malls, facility management companies, architects, or quantity surveyors.
  • Experience quoting large-scale industrial or commercial projects.
Remuneration

This position offers a highly competitive Cost-to-Company package, including:

  • Basic Salary: R [amount] per month (experience dependent)
  • Commission: 5% of contract value excluding VAT
