Job summary
A consulting firm in Pretoria is seeking an administrator to manage Return Merchandise Authorization and Direct Sales Orders. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a production environment, a Matric Certificate, and a Business Administration qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills in English are required. The role offers competitive remuneration.

Responsibilities
- Register and manage returned items for repair.
- Provide quotes for repairs or replacements.
- Administer direct sales orders execution process.
Skills
Education
Accountable to ensure the effective administration of Return Merchandise Authorization and the management of Direct Sales Orders in the Production environment.
- Registering items returned by customers for repair on the registration system.
- Managing the process of assessment and repair of returned items.
- Providing quotations to customers for repairs and / or replacements as relevant.
- Administration of the execution process for direct sales orders (i.e. sales orders that do not require manufacturing).
- Communications to customers and suppliers in support of the execution of direct sales orders.
- Following up with suppliers on delivery.
- Arranging for product delivery from suppliers and to customers.
- Delivery forecasting to the production manager on completion dates of sales orders.
- Assistance in other production activities when required by the Production Manager (e.g. stock take).
- Matric Certificate.
- Business Administration Diploma / Degree or the equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in written and verbal communications in English. Preferred Qualifications : - South African Driver's License (Code B).
- Function related experience : at least 5 years in a similar production environment.
