- SAP SD Certification & solid hands‑on experience
- Strong operations background (ticket handling, incident & problem management)
- Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- SAP FI exposure
- ABAP debugging knowledge
- IDocs & AIF experience
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA
- Jira & Confluence proficiency
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Monitor and manage interfaces (IDOC & RFC processing)
- Troubleshoot, resolve and close support tickets within SLA
- Configure and implement system changes as required
- Document processes and maintain solution guides
- Collaborate with local & international teams
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Share knowledge within the team and ensure smooth client interactions
