Our client, a well established and professional Electrical Maintenance and Installation company, is seeking a trade tested Construction Electrician to join their Gauteng team.

Please note this role is not suited to candidates from the mining or factory type environment, but rather focused toward candidates with a background in new construction installations, maintenance and renovations on existing buildings, who is able to read drawings, work out Bill Of Quantities, manage teams on site in a hands on capacity.

POSITION INFO :

• You will have completed a recognised Trade tested as construction electrician, coupled with 3- 5 years working experience electrical build environment (3 phase wireman’s license is advantageous)
• You must have proven experience in overall site responsibility in terms of electrical infrastructure and team of staff on site, be able to effectively evaluate safety conditions and ensure compliance in accordance with legislation and standards.
• Future growth and development opportunities within the company.
• Excellent communication skills in English and computer literate.
• Candidate should be a self-motivator and have excellent leadership abilities.
• Our client requires someone who can lead a team on site, met deadlines and work to the deadlines put in place. Understanding of variations is important.
• You will have a valid driver's license, be able to travel, stay away from home for varied lengths of time on projects and work overtime to ensure deadlines are met
