As an Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients. Your work will align with CTC Global values and the foundational principles of media acquisition.

You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing dialogue builds trust and positions CTC as a strategic ally for media acquisition and growth planning.

  • Maintain a 5% delta to the forecast and ensure daily client alignment with strategy.
  • Adhere to Prophet system execution within timelines and deliver high-quality work.

Client Communication

  • Communicate growth map goals and deadlines clearly to clients and team members.

  • First month: 2,000
  • Second month: 4,000
  • Third month (average): 7,000
  • 1st Year Annual Range: 64,000–76,000
  • 2nd Year Annual Range: 100,000–120,000
