This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Sunninghill Johannesburg for a Sales Account Manager.

The Sales Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive lead generation efforts, and manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Identifying business opportunities
• Meeting revenue targets
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams

• Expertise in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and fostering new client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal in English, for client interaction and internal collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred
• Understanding of IT industry solutions and services is an advantage
• Minimum 7 years of IT Sales, Account Managing, Business, Marketing, or a related field is strongly desired
