Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote, based in Cape Town)

We're looking for aremote Talent Acquisition Professionalto help us find, engage and close exceptional sales talent across the globe.
This isn't your typical recruitment role.
You'll be at the heart of a fast-moving, high-performance environment where precision, personality and persuasion matter.
Managing job ads on LinkedIn- optimising spend, ensuring ads run effectively and attracting relevant talent.
Skimming CVsusing The Sales People's hiring criteria to shortlist the best profiles quickly and accurately.
Leading first-round screening callsto assess motivation, fit and communication quality.
Managing candidate communications- ensuring every candidate has a smooth and professional experience.
Handing over shortlisted candidatesto our internal team for the skills tests and final evaluation — we'll handle the later stages of the process.
Has2–3 years of experience in sales recruitment or sales talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or client-facing environments.
Is aconfident communicator- articulate, warm, and capable of making candidates feel comfortable and excited.
Hasclosing experience- can pitch roles persuasively and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to get candidates booked in.
Isorganised and proactive, able to manage multiple hiring processes and follow up consistently.
RepresentsThe Sales People's brandwell - as the first touchpoint for many of our candidates, you'll be the voice and face of our business.
