About the role: We’re on the hunt for ambitious, German‑speaking Sales Development Representatives to join an international sales team that’s scaling fast. If you’re fluent in German (C1/C2) and looking to launch or grow your career, this is your moment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound sales campaigns into German‑speaking markets
  • Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Qualify prospects and set high‑quality appointments
  • Meet performance goals with full training and support
  • Use CRM tools to track your pipeline and activities
Qualifications & Experience Levels
  • Trainee SDR – No sales experience needed; must have a German school‑leaving certificate or equivalent proof of fluency (C1/C2)
  • Junior SDR – ±1 year in sales, customer service, or lead generation; strong communication skills in German
  • Mid‑Level SDR – ±2 years of outbound or B2B sales experience; confident using digital sales tools
  • Senior SDR – 3+ years in sales with a proven track record; mentoring mindset and a self‑starter attitude
  • SDR Team Lead / Manager – 4+ years in sales, 1+ in team leadership; able to lead from the front and coach others
