Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Remote (Latin America or South Africa preferred)

Hours: Full-Time (U.S. Central overlap required; 8 : 30 AM–5 PM CST, min lunch)

About Our Client: Our client is a fast‑growing custom apparel, embroidery, and print company experiencing ~25% year‑over‑year growth. After recently unmerging from a partner, the company retained new clients and is now raising order minimums to focus on larger, more manageable accounts.

The owner is deeply involved in daily operations and seeks a reliable, proactive Executive Assistant to free up time for sales and growth initiatives.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will serve as the right hand to the owner, managing day‑to‑day administrative operations and ensuring seamless order flow through the company's fast‑paced, custom production cycles.

This role requires adaptability, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle a dynamic, pivot‑heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative duties including inbox and calendar management, task tracking, SOP upkeep, and project follow‑up.
  • Act as a communication bridge for the owner—draft messages, follow up with clients, and maintain professional tone.
  • Support company operations by monitoring workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Implement and maintain productivity tools (e.g., Calendly, Slack); receive training on Printavo, Inksoft, and CRM systems.
  • Assist with general business tasks as needed, adapting to changing priorities in a fast‑paced, custom‑production environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Admin in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong software proficiency (Google Docs, Sheets, Slack); experience with Printavo, Inksoft, or CRMs a plus.
  • Exceptional written English skills—flawless grammar, spelling, and tone.
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, pivot‑heavy environment.
  • Comfortable working U.S. Central hours; ability to handle rapid changes in priorities without anxiety.
