Job summary
A digital health social enterprise is looking for a Clinical Program Strategy and Design Lead to drive the design of innovative health programs. You will lead digital health coaching initiatives, ensuring improvements in health outcomes and member experience. The ideal candidate has 6-10+ years in program strategy and a postgraduate degree in a relevant field. This role offers a monthly salary of R100,000 to R150,000 with a focus on impactful health solutions.
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years experience in program strategy, curriculum development, or implementation science.
- Proven ability to translate guidelines into scalable health programs.
- Demonstrated people management and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
