About the Role

This is a high-performance client-facing role where your success is directly tied to the success of your clients.

You’ll be their main point of contact, responsible for onboarding, implementation support, coaching on webinar campaigns, and ensuring they’re getting measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set them up for success within our porgram
• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of active clients
• Provide 1-on-1 strategy guidance and accountability via Zoom/Slack
• Monitor client progress and proactively prevent churn
• Collaborate with internal teams (ads, tech, creative, sales) to deliver results
• Track performance metrics and support clients in optimizing their campaigns
• Host check-in calls, troubleshoot minor tech/CRM issues, and celebrate client wins

Requirements

• Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Previous experience in digital marketing, agency work, or SaaS CSM roles
• High-speed internet + ability to work North American business hours
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and obsession with client success
• Real estate/mortgage or webinar experience is a big plus, but not required
