About the Role

This is a fully performance-based role with higher earning potential than any fixed-salary position within the firm, with the possibility of transitioning into a salaried leadership role as the firm expands its advisory divisions.

This role was introduced for high performers who prefer to operate on a fully performance-based structure – individuals who thrive on autonomy, results, and uncapped earning potential.

Palmstone Capital is part of the Palmstone Group, which builds and operates financial-services businesses globally.

We advise mid-market companies on capital raising and M&A transactions.

Our model combines institutional investment‑banking discipline with entrepreneurial speed and proprietary deal‑origination systems.

You’ll join our advisory team as a Vice President – a client‑facing role focused on mandate origination and relationship management.

You’ll engage with founders and executives who have already expressed interest in our services, enabling you to focus on strategic conversations, relationship‑building, and closing.

You’ll work on real transactions and build a network of founders, investors, and dealmakers across Europe, EMEA and the US – without needing to prospect from scratch.

Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for founders and executives exploring financing or strategic exits
  • Qualify opportunities, understand objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory framework
  • Present and negotiate engagement structures through to mandate signature
  • Manage the full client process from initial discussion to signed engagement
  • Collaborate with partners on live mandates and client strategy
  • Participate in valuation discussions, capital‑structure design, and transaction execution
Qualifications
  • 3–10 years in B2B finance, commercial lending, real‑estate finance, or other high‑value transactional sales
  • Proven record closing complex or consultative deals
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Self‑directed, professional, performance‑driven
Location

Based within CET / GMT ± 2 time zones (Europe or UAE)

Backgrounds that translate well: commercial‑finance brokers, M&A advisors, wealth managers, or business‑sale consultants.
