We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Support with strong online experience.

This role blends administrative coordination, inventory management, data reporting, and community engagement, perfect for someone highly organized, technically skilled, and thrives in a remote environment.What You'll DoSupport account managers with administrative coordination tasksTrack inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and handle purchase order (PO) processesPerform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)Manage email inboxes, scheduling, and administrative prioritiesEngage with customers and community members via forums, comments, and DMsExtract and organize marketing and ad performance data (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
