Creative Training Coach

Love helping people grow while flexing your own creative skills? We’re looking for a Creative Training Coach to inspire and upskill our team of virtual assistants in creative roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build training programs that teach creative skills and prepare VAs for client‑facing work.
• Lead virtual sessions that are engaging, interactive, and inspiring.
• Train the team in Social Media, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, and other creative areas.
• Guide new hires, evaluate skills, and help them deliver quality work.
• Run one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions to build confidence and improve performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps, create learning paths, and track progress.
• Create and update training resources, decks, and modules that are practical and current.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of training or coaching experience (virtual experience is a plus).
• 1–2 years of VA experience, ideally in creative, marketing, or eCommerce roles.
• Hands‑on experience in at least 2–3 areas: Social Media, Email Marketing, Graphic Design.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Passion for creativity, learning, and helping others grow.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace, and similar tools.

• Reliable internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) with LAN connection, 20 Mbps minimum.
