A leading financial services firm in Durban is seeking a motivated Financial Adviser to join their team. The role involves completing a rigorous Adviser Academy Learning Programme which provides skills and accreditation to operate as a licensed Financial Adviser. Candidates must have a Grade 12 certificate and at least 3 years of experience in finance, banking, or insurance. - Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12/ NQF 4) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Finance, Banking or insurance sector advantageous.
- A valid Driver's License with your own vehicle or access to a vehicle is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Operationalise as a Personal Financial Adviser after completing the Academy.
- Build relationships and trust with clients.
- Manage customer feedback and sales opportunities.

Payment of a Living Allowance during the first three months of completing the Adviser Academy Learning Programme for accreditation as a licensed Financial Adviser.
Upon successful completion of the Adviser Academy Learning Programme and accredited to operate as a Financial Adviser you will receive Market competitive remuneration in the form of Commission & Advice Fees, Medical Aid, Group Life, Funeral and Disability cover.

- Required to cover a desk fee charge from month 4
