Job Description

Reporting to our Client Partner, you'll lead key client accounts, driving the successful delivery of Paid Media services across 17 European markets, with a focus on Amazon, Google and Paid Social. You will collaborate with a diverse, international team to develop and execute media strategies that align with client goals while identifying opportunities for growth.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
  • Be the primary point of contact for key client accounts in the technology, electronics, footwear and automotive sectors, driving long‑term relationships and retention.
  • Lead account growth by identifying opportunities for new services, products, or initiatives aligned with their objectives.
  • Monitor client health metrics (e.g., profitability, growth, and satisfaction) and implement action plans to improve performance where necessary.
  • Collaborate with our Media Planning and Paid Media teams to deliver client briefs, ensuring clear communication of goals and effective campaign execution.
  • Manage internal timelines and client deliverables in partnership with Project Management teams, ensuring on‑time delivery.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
  • Over 3 years of experience in client‑facing roles within the advertising, creative or marketing industry.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including paid media platforms and PPC campaigns.
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering open communication and ensuring the timely delivery of multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with project management or time‑management tools.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long‑lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • When faced with a problem and unforeseen circumstances, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options, adapt strategies and find practical solutions.
  • You seek and leverage AI technologies to streamline and automate processes.
