Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
• 2 years’ experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry (advantageous).
• Compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
• Driver’s license and own transport (desirable).

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight product features and benefits.
• Sell products based on clients' financial needs.
• Accurately capture client information and complete reports.
• Investigate client queries and ensure timely feedback.
