- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, and desserts.

- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and portion sizes.

- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.

- Decorate and package finished products for display and sale.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients and products.

- Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures.

- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient baking process.

- Continuously strive to improve baking techniques and recipes to meet guest expectations and preferences.

- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a bakery or similar food production environment preferred.

- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and obtain necessary certifications for working at sea.
