A leading beauty company is seeking a dynamic Counter Manager in Durban, South Africa. This role involves leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales and customer service targets while managing business planning and customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication, interpersonal skills, and retail sales experience. We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment.
