As Group Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead group‑wide brand, marketing and digital strategy across gaming, hospitality, conferencing, entertainment and destination marketing. While the mandate spans multiple properties, the role is anchored at Emperors Palace, the flagship operation, where pace, complexity and scale require visible leadership and rapid, real‑time decision‑making.
You will shape marketing governance and performance standards across the group, while personally embedding high‑impact execution at Emperors Palace as the “test bed” for initiatives before broader rollout. This is a digitally driven, demand‑led role with clear accountability for customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, pricing intelligence and measurable commercial outcomes.
