A leading real estate company is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee debt reporting, compliance, and forecasting of debt-related expenses.
2. Manage variance analysis, budgeting, and ensure stakeholders have full visibility into the debt portfolio.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years’ experience in Real Estate Finance or Corporate Treasury Finance (debt focus).
2. Working experience in a Big 4 would be an advantage.
3. Qualified CA(SA) with experience in managing or auditing debt portfolios.
4. Big 4 experience and knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAGE, SAP) are advantageous.
5. Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
