Job summary
A leading company is seeking Property Finance Consultants in Pietermaritzburg to engage in prospecting home loans. This role involves facilitating home loan movements, offering finance packages, and managing client applications. Ideal candidates should have sales experience and strong lead generation skills.
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home loans.
- Strong lead generation skills – ability to source and manage own leads.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the movement of existing home loans between financial institutions.
- Offer tailor-made home finance packages to clients.
- Complete and capture applications accurately.

Our client is seeking Property Finance Consultants who will actively engage in prospecting potential home loans, to join their team
Job type : Permanent – on site
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate the movement of existing home loans between financial institutions
- Offer tailor-made home finance packages to clients
- Execute referral campaigns and presentations
- Pre-qualify clients by doing required assessments
- Keep clients updated throughout the process
- Complete and capture applications accurately
- Compile supporting documents and ensure the file is completed and ready to process.
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in home loans
- Strong lead generation skills – ability to source and manage own leads
- Own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
Skills Required
- Good communication and administrative skills
