Job description

Financial Reporting

Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close of ledgers for all group companies. Prepare and publish monthly financial statements by the 10th of the month for the previous month.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and ensure these are in Sage Intacct to run monthly variance report.

Compliance and Auditing

Assist in compliance audits, regulatory reporting, and coordinate auditing processes.

Risk Management

Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations. Regular conversations and weekly meetings with Sonnovate our Invoice Finance Provider.

Team Leadership

Supervise and manage the finance team (currently 4 people)

• Leadership: Develop collaborative relationships with executives and other directors to meet information needs.
• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills to produce regular management reports and operate to deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with accounting software ideally Sage Intacct.
