You'll manage project costing and financial analysis across multiple industrial projects, requiring a BCom Honours degree and 6 years of experience with 3 years in costing. - Identify inefficiencies and propose cost optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational site and project managers to align financial goals.
- Support the implementation of improved costing methodologies and controls.

An industry leader is seeking a Cost & Management Accountant to take ownership of financial analysis cost management and project costing across large‑scale operations. If you hold a BCom Honours (with CIMA as a strong advantage) and have 6 years experience including at least 3 years in costing this role is built for you.
- Manage project costing and cost analysis across multiple industrial projects.
- Monitor and control budgets, forecasts and financial performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed management accounts and variance reports.
- Provide cost breakdowns, margin analysis and financial modelling for strategic decisions.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose cost optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational site and project managers to align financial goals.
- Maintain integrity across financial systems and reporting structures.
- Support the implementation of improved costing methodologies and controls.
- BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance (essential).
- CIMA qualification (beneficial).
- 6 years experience with at least 3 years in costing or project‑based accounting.
- Strong background in cost control, financial analysis and project reporting.
- Excellent analytical problem‑solving and Excel modelling skills.
- Experience within a hardcore industrial or construction environment.
- A confident communicator with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
