Minimum 10 years in diverse technical management roles preferably within a Global Markets environment.
Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle.
Architecture integration data warehousing APIs business analysis testing and production software management.
Deep understanding of the trade life cycle and finance related to trading asset classes and risk management.
Experience with proactive technology monitoring and alerting tools.
Familiarity with investment banking operations.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and engagements.
Strong understanding of multiple asset classes and banking products.
Technical integration tools knowledge : Control‑M Tibco Informatica reporting tools market data.
Proficiency in mainstream programming languages : Java C# Python.
Good knowledge of mainstream databases.
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and project / program management.
Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills.
Ability and willingness to coach and mentor others.
Commitment to lifelong learning.
