Auto Finance & Insurance Leader (F&I Manager)
Zusammenfassung
A finance and insurance company in Durban seeks a seasoned professional to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll develop strategic finance plans, communicate tailored solutions, and negotiate optimal deals with banks and insurers. The ideal candidate has a Grade 12 education, RE5 Certification, and three years of F&I Manager experience in the motor industry, coupled with strong qualifications in negotiation and compliance.
Qualifikationen
- Grade 12 or equivalent is essential.
- RE5 Certification and FAIS accreditation are highly desirable.
- Minimum of three years' experience as an F&I Manager in the motor industry.
Aufgaben
- Drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the Durban office.
- Develop and execute strategic finance plans to optimize profitability.
- Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers.
