Job summary
A prominent risk management corporation in Johannesburg seeks an experienced professional to lead risk assessments and manage underwriting functions. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Economics and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include developing analytical tools, overseeing risk management practices, and representing the corporation at local and international forums. A strong background in communication and teamwork is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk analysis, project finance, or related fields.
- Strong presentation skills and teamwork communication.
- Understanding of Trade and International Relations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk assessment processes and approval of recommendations.
- Develop and implement analytical tools for risk exposure.
- Manage PEAR Unit operations and report performance.
