Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) newly qualified or up to 3 years post-articles experience.
• Previous exposure to the manufacturing or industrial sector will be highly advantageous.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS Tax Compliance).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full financial management including preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic input and financial insights to support management decision-making.
• Monitor costings, stock, and project profitability within the manufacturing environment.
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Implement and enhance internal controls, systems, and processes.
• Lead and mentor junior finance staff.
