A leading outsourcing company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to take full ownership of Sales, Client Success, and Revenue Operations. This hands-on role demands strategic leadership and the ability to drive high performance from a large global team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and CSM backgrounds, with a focus on results and accountability. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a company in hypergrowth, reporting directly to the CEO with uncapped financial upside based on performance.
This is a remote position.

Team : ~100 (Sales, CSM, RevOps)

We’re hiring a hands‑on, action‑oriented CRO who will take full ownership of Sales, Client Success, and Revenue Operations. Whether you come from a CSM background, a high‑performing sales leadership role, or have served as a VP or CRO before, what matters most is that you are a builder who gets things done.
