This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior DevOps Engineer located in Cape Town.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing infrastructure as code (IaC), developing and maintaining software, supporting continuous integration, and performing system administration tasks.
Daily duties include designing and implementing CI / CD pipelines, automating processes, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with development teams to ensure reliable and scalable software delivery.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong Software Development skills
- Proficiency in Continuous Integration practices
- In-depth knowledge of System Administration
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications in DevOps, cloud technologies, or system administration are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
