Commercial Insurance Survey Consultant
Job summary
A leading insurance firm in Bellville is looking for an experienced Insurance Consultant to join its Commercial Contact Centre team. This role involves managing survey inquiries and amending policies based on reports. Ideal candidates will have a Matric certificate, a minimum of 2 years in commercial lines, and NQF level 4 compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and Afrikaans will be advantageous. Qualifications
- 2 years commercial lines experience in a short-term insurance environment.
- Completion of RIA qualification.
- Afrikaans language preferable.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with survey enquiries, survey requests and survey letters.
- Amending policies following survey reports.
- Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP.
