As part of SanlamConnect, Succession Financial Planning (SFP) is a financial services provider focused on the Registered Financial Advisor (RFA).

SFP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sanlam Group and aims to grow a professional practice while offering holistic financial planning to its clients.

What will you do?

This regional management role is responsible for executing and implementing national distribution marketing strategies at a regional level.

Key focus areas include:
  • Execute and support marketing campaigns developed by the Head : Go-2-Market.
  • Assist the Regional Business Manager with the implementation of customised regional marketing plans / strategies.
  • Support business growth through focused regional marketing support.
  • Assist and support conferences, marketing sponsorships and corporate social investment projects.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide worksite / key account marketing support and execute campaigns for smaller regional worksite / key accounts.
  • Undertake ongoing market / competitor research, networking and prospecting to identify new opportunities.
  • Actively drive feedback on projects, campaigns, plans, sponsorships and report back on ROI achieved.
  • Provide ongoing marketing support for provision of material and branding of national events.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, overseen by the Head : Go-2-Market.

Qualification and Experience

Degree Marketing, Commerce or Business.

Experience within a financial distribution business in a sales / marketing role.
