Qualifications

• 2 years commercial lines experience in a short-term insurance environment.
• Completion of RIA qualification.
• Afrikaans language preferable.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with survey enquiries, survey requests and survey letters.
• Amending policies following survey reports.
• Adhering to the Survey SOP and NSP.

Skills

Underwriting knowledge/experience

Fully Computer literate (MS Office)

Client services experience

Education

Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

FAIS compliant: NQF level 4 (short-term insurance)
