Duties and Responsibilities :

• Will be the point of contact for the elected company that will be setting up our AOC.
• Internal document control
• Internal audits
• The monitoring of the concerns of the civil aviation authority in respect of changes and updates to the regulations for the perceived effect on the company
• Oversight of CAA Compliance
• Assistance with CAA audits
• Other QA tasks may be identified

• Crew and aircraft allocation and planning
• Record keeping and administrative duties
• Reports
• Generating weekly reports for all aircraft flying and utilization
• Invoice checking
• Dealing directly with the clients and queries
• Coordinating with aircraft owners and aircraft availability
• Client liaison with regards to the preparing of the flight itinerary
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Liaise with aircraft management to confirm the status of fleet service availability.
• Dealing directly with aircraft owners and preparing flight itineraries & logistics
• Accurate record keeping and related administrative duties
• Crew and aircraft allocation and planning
• Document preparation for all flights that need to be carried aboard the aircraft and that copies of the documentation are retained in the company files.
• Oversight of the planning, scheduling and conduct of maintenance outstations
• Perform tasks to assist in maintaining the office in an organized, efficient, and effective and customer focused manner.
• Demonstrate initiative, confidentiality, and responsibility in the performing of this role.
