Trainer
Job summary
A software solutions provider in KwaZulu-Natal is looking for a training specialist to educate users on software and hardware. This role involves breaking down complex concepts for better understanding and supporting users during installations. Candidates must have A+ and N+ certifications, along with at least 2 years of training experience. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for travel to client sites. This position may involve overtime as needed.

- Train users on software and hardware so they can effectively use the system.
- Break down large concepts into smaller, understandable components for trainees.
- Facilitate learner understanding of system functionality to improve business management.
- Support users during new installations and post-training adoption.
- Travel to clients’ sites as required to deliver training and support.
- At least A+ and N+ certifications and previous POS/Training experience, at least 2 years.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required for travel to client sites.
- Willingness to work from 8:00 to 17:00 with overtime as needed for installations.
- CTT or equivalent training/teaching certification is a bonus.
- Clear criminal record is a requirement.
- Experience in the FMCG sector and training environment is advantageous.
