The Elite Job is seeking compassionate and attentive individuals to join our team as Online Listeners for our night shift. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for freshers or individuals looking for flexible work arrangements. As an Online Listener, your primary role will be to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients who need someone to talk to. You will engage in active listening, offer emotional support, and ensure a safe, confidential, and respectful communication environment.

• Actively listen to individuals through chat or voice calls, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while providing a safe space for conversations.
• Offer empathy, encouragement, and non-judgmental responses to clients seeking emotional support.
• Follow company guidelines to ensure ethical and responsible communication.
• Recognize situations that require escalation and follow proper procedures to report concerns.
• Maintain accurate session records while ensuring privacy and security of client data.
• Continuously improve listening and communication skills through training and feedback.

• No formal experience required.
• Experience in counseling, psychology, social work, customer service, or any role involving communication and support is a plus but not mandatory.

• Shift: Night shift (Part-time)
• Hours: Flexible working hours between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (your local time)
• Workdays: Flexible scheduling based on availability
