An international architectural firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate Director to lead design quality and oversee complex high-value projects. This senior position requires at least 12–18 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture and demonstrate exceptional design and technical capabilities. This role offers a chance to shape cities through innovative architectural solutions.
SOG Design is an international architectural practice known for delivering visionary, human‑centred environments across Asia and beyond. Our portfolio spans large‑scale mixed‑use developments, commercial towers, hospitality, residential, and masterplanning projects. We combine design excellence with technical rigour, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to shaping cities for the future.
As we continue to expand our APAC footprint, we are seeking a Senior Associate Director to join our Singapore studio and play a pivotal leadership role in driving design quality, project delivery, and team development.
The Senior Associate Director is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing complex, high‑value architectural projects from concept to completion. This role blends creative direction, client leadership, technical oversight, and operational management. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships, and ensure SOG’s design standards are consistently upheld across all projects.
