  • Lead and develop the team by establishing clear working methodologies, techniques, frameworks, workflows, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce communication and policies within the team.
Job description
  • Build and maintain client relationships before, during, and after engagements. Propose strategies to enhance client networks and relationships, leading to client retention and acquisition.
  • Lead and develop the team by establishing clear working methodologies, techniques, frameworks, workflows, and procedures. Ensure the team's quality performance and alignment with the firm's audit processes and framework.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, guidelines, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the managing partner and Business Unit heads in Singapore, within the group and regions, to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Work with various business units and functions to leverage their expertise in improving and expanding the business.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce communication and policies within the team and the firm. Facilitate effective communication within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Lead, coach, and train junior team members to achieve technical competency, efficient performance, and talent pipeline development.
