What The Role Is

You oversee an operation centre to monitor and manage all ongoing operational matters and incidents.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Ensure smooth running of facility on 24/7 basis
  • Coordinate and execute support plans with team to maintain continuous facility readiness
  • Develop processes and ensure all facility-related documentation is properly maintained and executed in timely manner
  • Coordinate with all different stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely coordination of all exercise-related administrative requirements
Challenge(s)
  • Having strong knowledge in facility operations management to ensure facility consistently meets user requirements
  • Influencing and engaging a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring facility’s management is able to effectively support the users
