About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at People Profilers Pte Ltd in Raffles Place, Central Region.

As a full-time Senior /Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, providing expert-level recruitment solutions to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, from job requisition to candidate placement
• Source, screen, and qualify top talent to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies
• Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients
• Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent
• Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives

What we're looking for

• CEI certified with minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant .
• Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making capabilities
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts and achieving challenging recruitment targets
• A proactive, tenacious, and solutions-oriented mindset
